Get Plus SMS Program Terms & Conditions

These SMS Program Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the Get Plus Order Updates text-messaging program operated by Protect Plus LLC ("Protect Plus", "Get Plus", "we", "us", or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy. These SMS Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, any other agreement between you and us.

1. Program description

The Get Plus Order Updates program sends transactional notifications about your orders, including shipping and delivery updates, returns and exchange updates, warranty and claim updates, and one-time passcodes used to verify your identity. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. How you opt in (consent)

You are enrolled only when you provide your mobile number and affirmatively consent — for example, by opting in at a participating merchant's checkout or account page, or when you request a verification code. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your order and delivery activity.

4. Message & data rates

Get Plus does not charge for receiving text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for details.

5. Opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from the program. To rejoin, opt in again as described above (or reply START).

6. Help — reply HELP

For help, reply HELP to any message or email support@get.plus.

7. Supported carriers & carrier liability

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

Your mobile phone number, SMS consent, and text-messaging opt-in data will not be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the SMS service providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date above will be updated accordingly. Your continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
